2016+ I lead a team of expert sales engineers who, thanks to a combination of technical knowledge and customer orientation, complement the sales team and manage power generation projects from the first steps with the client to the commission.
2016+ The goal of product management is to enhance sales and optimize profitability. I manage new products developments; I design Marketing Plans that considers the market situation, the needs of potential customers and the targets of the company.
2012+ Introducing a new product into a new market requires a mix of market and competition knowledge, networking skills, and close relations with strategic clients and partners. I have set up a cross-functional strategy to develop a new business for industrial applications of a generator set with storage technologies.
2008+ The sales area need technical support to be more efficient in an increasingly specialized sector. My responsibility has been to support the commercial department when the technical characteristics of the project have required it.
2003+ I was responsible for the electrical and mechanical design of generator sets and synchronizing control systems. I managed the ISO 9001 quality system.
